Ravi joined Canny in 2023 as the company's first dedicated AI engineer and has since built the AI practice from scratch. At Swiggy, he built the demand forecasting and delivery time prediction models used in 500+ Indian cities. At Sarvam AI, he worked on Indian language models for enterprise applications. At Canny, he has shipped AI automation systems for logistics, healthcare, legal, and FMCG clients — covering document intelligence, conversational AI, and predictive analytics. He leads a team of 12 AI engineers and maintains Canny's internal AI component library.

At Canny, she redesigned the sprint review process, introduced the project health dashboard (every client can see real-time project status), and built the onboarding playbook that gets new clients to their first sprint demo in 5 days. Every project her teams have delivered has closed to client sign-off.
