The Challenge

Meridian Property Group, a commercial real estate brokerage with 45 agents across 4 Australian cities, was running their entire business on a combination of Salesforce (poorly configured, widely disliked by agents), Excel spreadsheets for deal tracking, and email chains for communication. Agent adoption of Salesforce was below 40%, deal data was unreliable, forecasting was impossible, and the $120,000/year Salesforce licence felt increasingly unjustifiable. They needed a system agents would actually use.

Our Solution

We built a commercial real estate-specific CRM from scratch, designed around the workflows of commercial property agents rather than generic salespeople. Key innovations: property-centric deal model (not lead-centric), integrated deed room for document management, built-in commission split calculator, automated listing publication to commercial property portals, and a mobile app designed for agents who spend most of their day away from their desk.
